These terms cover your use of Vyl, the music player at vyl.vercel.app. By using Vyl you agree to them.

Using Vyl

Vyl is free, for personal use. It doesn't host any music: it plays music from the services you choose, and the music belongs to its owners. Don't use Vyl to break the law or the rules of those services.

YouTube

Vyl uses YouTube API Services. By using Vyl's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies too.

Spotify

Spotify's own terms apply when you use it in Vyl. Playing Spotify music in Vyl needs a Spotify Premium account.

No warranty

Vyl is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. The services it plays from can change or stop working with Vyl at any time. To the extent the law allows, the makers of Vyl aren't liable for any damages from using it.
